‘For the Glory of God March’

April 9, 2024

As the purpose of our lives is to glorify God, and to spread the Gospel, we are urging as many Christians as possible to join with us in a public proclamation of faith, with the will and intention to gain more worshippers for God. The event will bring together people of all Christian denominations.

  • Event takes place on Saturday 15th June. Meeting at 2.00 pm at Glasgow Green (at the Nelson  Monument) G1 5DB.
  • Walking to Kelvingrove Park. If anyone is unable to walk, meet at Kelvingrove Park (just inside the main gated entrance) G3 6BY at 3.00 pm.
  • There will be guest speakers and hymn singing.
  • If possible, please bring a cross with you.

Now is the time to make the church more visible to the outside world. Also, for us to unite in Christ. After all, we have the greatest news possible to give to people. Alex McGarrity.

Fish and Chip Deliveries

February 14, 2023

And so our third season of fish and chip deliveries has come to an end. A massive ‘Thank You’ to everyone who has contributed: to those who donated, those who delivered with hot water bottles and cosy towels and those who suggested friends and neighbours.

What a blessing we have received through this initiative; God has led us to friends old and new, enabled us to share His love in a very practical way and guided us in a new ‘chippy in the church’ initiative. Through December and January, with the help of the lovely team at Ghiloni’s, we have provided 215 meals to 147 people from 85 households. We also have some money left over which we will pass on to the holiday club to continue our outreach to the village.  Praise God for this opportunity and for His abundant provision!  Marion and Alison
