Organ Recital

Cadder Parish Church, Cadder Road, Bishopbriggs, G64 3QA is having an organ recital led by Glasgow Society of organists with two exciting talents emerging as excellent organists. You are welcome to come along to Cadder Sanctuary on the 5th October at 2 – 3.30p.m. to listen – there is no entry charge.

We plan to run training for the Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate. This will be an opportunity for anyone who wishes to refresh previous training or for those who would like to undertake it for the first time.
Stitch and Enrich

Our Stitch and Enrich group will meet on Tuesday October 1st at the usual time of 7-8.30pm. Bring your sewing, crocheting, or knitting and enjoy an evening of chat and a cuppa. Everyone is welcome.

Alpha Course

For those who are seeking, we plan to run an Alpha Course which will start with a ‘Launch Night’ on Monday 7th of October, which will give an insight into what Alpha is all about. The course lasts for 11 weeks and ends on Monday 9th of December. Monday Men

Monday Men meet at the church at 7.30 – 9pm for a chat, a bible reading and discussion. We have a look at a Bible passage or a Christian topic and then have a discussion on it. This is one of the Presbytery Charities, where the facilities and activities of the club help and enable the staff and volunteers to get alongside and encourage their young members to grow and develop, at their own pace, into young adults. You will find envelopes at the seats, and if you wish to contribute, place your donation inside the envelope and place it in the plate in the foyer.
