Campsie Show – Saturday 2nd June. Over the last few years Torrance Church has had a presence at the Campsie Show by handing out bottles of water to folks there and we are looking for people to help give out the water on a rota basis. Please see Sheila Traynor if you would like to know more.
Hospitality Sunday – 27th May

Following our last hospitality Sunday where we were encouraged to invite each other, we have set aside Sunday 27th May as the next Hospitality Sunday to encourage you to give hospitality to friends and neighbours out with the church. If this date does not suit you then please choose another date!
Lost Property

There are jackets, leather gloves, hats, BB jumper/trousers hanging on the pegs in the hallway (foyer). If any of these items belong to you, can you please remove them as they will be recycled into the clothes donation box if not claimed by the end of May. Thanks.
Campsie Show – Baking and Crafts!

The show takes place at Bogton Farm on Saturday 2 June, and along with other interests there is an industrial section where anyone who is interested in baking or crafts can compete, and there are classes for children as well as adults. We are also looking for volunteers to assist with running and sponsoring this. Asylum Seekers

There are a greater number of Asylum Seekers facing eviction from their homes and being made destitute due to a change in Government policy. There are a number of ways we can help and information on this can be found in the notice on the board in the meeting room. Irene MacKenzie goes to St. Rollox each week and is happy to take any donations.
