Community Cafe

The Café is open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings, from 9am-12pm and the Prayer Clinic and Library are also available from 10.30am to 12pm every Wednesday. We have a selection of scones and shortbread plus cakes, brownies and other home bakes; and on a Saturday, you can enjoy bacon rolls and croissants! Come for a visit and bring a friend or two!

Sing-along (dementia-friendly)

A reminder that our first sing-along is on Thursday 22nd February at 1.30 p.m. Join us for tea/coffee and have fun singing with us. Please encourage your friends and neighbours to come along too.

Walk and Talk

Our next walk is on Saturday 10th February and we will visit the Falkirk Wheel – walk along the canal from Bonnybridge for coffee at the Wheel before retracing the route. Meet at the church at 9.00am. New walkers are always welcome.

Friendship Lunch

The next Friendship Lunch will be on Tuesday, 6th February at 1pm. The children from Torrance Primary will be coming along to entertain us with their Burns renditions. This is always popular and we hope you will be able to join us.

Meeting for Volunteers of Dementia-Friendly Sing-Along Group

Crossover – Burns Night

P7-S3 is invited to Torrance Church on Saturday 3rd February, 7-9pm to celebrate Burns Night. Cost is £4 per person and parental consent is required – forms available on the night. Wear something tartan!

LADIES SAVE THE DATE!! On Friday 9th March GB are hosting a clothes sales by Taylor Fashions with the proceeds for GB funds and the Anne Davidson’s ‘Shoes that Grow’ project.
