Huge thanks to everyone who catered for and attended the fundraising lunch on 2nd September. Remarkably, gifts given totalled £540 towards the bus cost of £545. On hearing the news, someone present lost no time in finding a further £5 and the need was met to the penny (again!). Glory to God and thanks all! Robin, on behalf of the Youth Weekend Away Team.

We are very much looking forward to our monthly sing-along restarting on Thursday 20th September and have a varied and interesting programme which we are sure you will enjoy. As usual tea and biscuits will be served on arrival at 1.30 and our sing-along will begin at 2.00 until 3.00. Please encourage any friends/neighbours to come along – they will certainly be given a warm welcome. We are also dementia-friendly. Extra help would be much appreciated in setting up the sound system (on a rota basis) and if this is something you might be interested in helping with please speak to Marion Murray or Margaret Neil.
