Heartfelt thanks from The Lodging House Mission

April 7, 2019

Thank you to the congregation for its generous donation of £383.75 from the proceeds of a retiral collection towards our work with the homeless and underprivileged here at the Lodging House Mission. Be assured that this will be spent wisely to improve the lives of those we strive to help and to sustain them throughout the future months. We are pleased to report that LHM is now open seven days a week, 365 days a year, offering vital shelter, food and support to those most in need in our City. This would not be possible without the support of church congregations such as your own at Torrance Parish Church so please spread the word as to just how much this support is appreciated.

Grateful thanks from Glasgow City Mission

April 7, 2019

Thank you to everyone at Torrance Parish Church for the generous donation of £1743.42 raised by the youth of your church who held a pantomime. We were delighted to be chosen as the charity to receive the funds raised. Your support is making a difference in the lives of men and women affected by homelessness and poverty.
