Conferences will run from 10am till 1pm at the Sandyford Henderson Memorial Church of Scotland on Saturday 26th November. Speakers from: Singapore, Philippines and the UK Diaspora Ministries team. PRESHAL TRUST

We will again be collecting toys for the above charity and if you would like to donate can you please bring toys, unwrapped, on Sunday 11th and 18th December and these will be passed on to the Preshal Trust to distribute to the local children. In a friendly, caring, loving and supportive way Preshal seeks to tackle, head-on, the problem of social exclusion in the Linthouse area of Glasgow.

There are a number of dishes, etc. in the meeting room. If any belong to you, could you please remove them within the next 2 weeks or they will be donated to St. Rollox Project. There are also a number of umbrellas in the stand at the door. Please retrieve yours or it will be similarly disposed of. Thank you.
MONDAY OPENING FOR CAFE

The cafe will open on a Monday morning from 9am until 12 noon commencing 5th December 2011 serving scones, tea/coffee. Should you wish to help with this please speak to Marion, Jen or Isobel.
Community Library Deposit/Collection

East Dunbartonshire Leisure + Culture Trust is providing a library deposit/collection service at the Wednesday Café. Books for all ages is available in the church every Wednesday morning from 10:00am until 12 noon. The Café will be open serving tea, coffee and home baking.

A Fresh Luke at Christmas?

The ‘Hearing the Word’ work book is available from the book rack in the foyer and encourage folks to join together to take a fresh look at the Christmas story. For the ‘Small Groups’ the study will commence on 6th November.
