Having checked the position with Henderson’s Buses, we are told the following:
“Our 68 will continue until 12 August and possibly after that subject to arrangements being settled with SPT. Queries can be made with SPT on 0141 332 6811 or email enquiry@spt.co.uk or suggestions@spt.co.uk, queries to SPT by potential passengers could well influence their decision as to the continuation of the 68.”
Church Weekend to Lendrick Muir

The 2011 Church weekend away will be at Lendrick Muir from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd October 2011 (please note that this is the last weekend of the October school holidays). Lendrick Muir is operated by Scripture Union Scotland in a beautiful location at Rumbling Bridge near Kinross. The cost of the weekend has been maintained at the 2009 price of £55 for adults and £25 for children. Bear in mind that the cost is for 2 nights’ accommodation, meals and some instructor lead activities. Contact – Gillian / Stuart Sangster or Sheila Traynor.
Walk ‘n Talk

The next walk will be on Saturday 11 June leaving from outside the church at 9.30am. We will be walking along the canal to the outskirts of Kirkie and back to Torrance along the old railway line. Coffee at Susan’s. See you then, Dora
Summer Mission – Creche

We are in need of a couple of volunteers who would be willing to look after 3 children in the crèche during the Holiday Club, which runs from Monday 8th to Friday 12th August, 9am to 1pm. If anyone can help, please speak to Jen or Ally.
