The funeral service for Isa will take place at Torrance Parish Church, 100 School Road, Torrance, G64 4BZ on Saturday, 30th April at 9:45am and thereafter, to the crematorium at 11am.

‘KJB – The Book that Changed the World’
A dramatised documentary, written and directed by Norman Stone, marking the 400th Anniversary of the writing of The King James Bible. On Sunday 1st May 7:45pm at Torrance Parish Church.
You are invited to come along on Sunday 1st May at 7:45pm to a screening of this documentary, which was made for TV, when director Norman Stone will give a talk and will answer any questions on the making of the programme.

The Prayer Clinic is available in the vestry from 10:30am until 12 noon on Wednesdays’ and Fridays’ for anyone seeking prayer for themselves or others.
Coffee Shop

The Coffee Shop is now open all year round on Wednesdays’ and Fridays’ – Wednesdays’ from 9am until 12 noon serving teas and coffees and Fridays’ from 9am until 2pm serving teas, coffees and lunches, except for school holidays, when teas and coffees will be served from 9am until 12 noon.

The new editions of the church newsletter and village magazine are now available for distribution by Elders and Pastoral Assistants and can be collected from the Café after the service.
Walk ‘n’ Talk
April 6, 2011
The next walk will be on Saturday 9th April leaving from the church at 9.30am. We will do part of the West Highland Way from Oakwood Garden Centre to the Wishing Well for coffee. We will return to Oakwood where often we have another coffee or lunch! It is a fairly flat walk but can be muddy in places. This replaces the original walk planned for April as we were unable to do this one due to the weather. Dora 622174.
Friendship Lunch

The Friendship Lunch will take place on Tuesday, 5th April at 1pm. Betty McLeod and friends will be coming along to entertain us and it should be an enjoyable afternoon. Please come along and invite your friends. We look forward to seeing you.
Prayer Time

A reminder that the meeting room is set aside for prayer, every Sunday from 9:15am – 10:00am. A special time of silence is spent waiting on God followed by a time of sharing and praying for one another as well as for our church. All are welcome.
